Role Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a portfolio of high-value clients, offering expert advice across accounting, tax, and advisory services
• Shaping the firm’s strategic direction and contributing to its continued growth and success
• Developing and nurturing strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive client success
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting senior staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the team
• Collaborating with other Partners to set goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive business development
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations

What are we looking for?

• ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in a senior leadership role within a UK accountancy practice
• Qualified by experience also considered
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of high-value clients and delivering exceptional service
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding senior staff to success
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commercial mindset
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and development
• Deep knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations
