BK Plus are a rapidly growing Accountancy firm and as part of our continued growth plans we are seeking a partner to join our Halifax office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Partner with experience in general practice and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

As a Partner your role will include:

• Leading and overseeing a diverse client portfolio
• Collaborating with fellow Partners to devise and execute strategies for growth.
• Providing support to department management and help with staff development ensuring employee performance and delivery.
• Supporting business development in local lead generation and attend prospective client meetings.

The ideal Partner:

• Have a history of career progression in accountancy practice
• Show a proven record of accomplishment of developing new and profitable revenue streams.
• Be technically proficient in all areas of accountancy.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong ability to communicate with both staff and clients.
• Have experience in the general day to day running of an accountancy firm.
