WORK FROM HOME VALUER - FULLY EMPLOYED POSITION

Position: Valuer/ListerLocation: CwmbranBasic Salary: £22,500 - £27,500 (dependent on experience)OTE: £50,000+Guarantee: 5-month pipeline builder

Our client is investing in the future of Estate Agency and is looking for ambitious Valuers to join their growing team. This exciting and unique role offers you the flexibility of working from home, while giving you full responsibility for managing and growing your designated area (Cwmbran). You will have the autonomy to lead your business development, from making key marketing decisions to fostering relationships with local contacts for referrals.

With the support of a nearby super hub office, you will be able to value and convert market appraisals into instructions, while the hub will handle the day-to-day tasks of sales negotiations, sale progression, and administration.

This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years+ Estate Agency experience who are ready to take ownership of their own area, work flexibly, and manage their clients from valuation through to completion. • Build and Develop the Estate Agency profile in Cwmbran, making key decisions on marketing and canvassing.
• Manage Market Appraisals: Convert appraisal opportunities into instructions, ensuring smooth transitions through the sales process.
• Full Responsibility for property sales from Valuation to Completion, with the support of the hub office for day-to-day operations.
• Generate Business: Build relationships with local constituencies and drive referrals to increase business growth.
• Work Flexibly: Manage your own diary, offering flexible support to clients at their convenience.

• At least 2-3 years+ Estate Agency experience (Valuer, Senior Negotiator, or similar).
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to be the best Estate Agent in your area.
• A customer-focused approach, providing an exceptional end-to-end experience for clients.
• Ability to manage your own business, from valuation to completion, in a home-based role.
• Strong local connections to help build and grow your business in the community.

• Competitive Basic Salary: £22,500 - £27,500 (dependent on experience).
