Partner Operations Associate - Robert Half : Job Details

We are looking for a Partner Operations Associate to join the business on an initial one year contract period.

Ideal for a self starter, task orientated individual - this role will support operational needs of the Partnerships team as well as managing external partners. Other responsibilities include:

• Become an expert in our configuration products and processes, as well as those of our partners.
• Manage daily operations related to ongoing offer maintenance for external partners.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to partners.
• Lead initiatives to improve and scale business operations.
• Identify and resolve issues across channels with accurate and timely communication.
• Support the business development team in managing partner relationships throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate with agencies and partners to ensure all assets are accurate and comply with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Prepare site mockups for partner approval.
• Oversee data integration with partners, ensuring alignment on schemes and monitoring for issues.
• Implement best practices, maintain updated documentation, and provide recommendations.
