Job DescriptionWe're recruiting for Transformation Partner to join us. As a Transformation Partner you report to the Group Transformation Director, and act as strategic thought partner for our finance programmes. You will be expected to collaborate with workstreams and the Transformation Office (TO) to foster a unified approach, promote a culture of change, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process. What you'll be doing:
- Be a strategic partner with stakeholders across the TO, workstreams, and other senior business stakeholders to provide support and guidance in transformation initiatives.
- Build relationships with Workstream Leads, Delivery Leads and the Group Senior Management Team to optimise interactions, flow and influence across the organisation.
- Act as a key enabler across the transformation, facilitating workstream and delivery leads to identify key dependencies, enablers, and mitigators to achieve successful delivery.
- Ensure that initiatives are designed and executed effectively, in line with the transformation methodology, ensuring benefits are delivered, with measurable impact to the bottom line.
- Oversee insights and data to drive strategic decision-making, ensure that transformation initiatives align with long-term organisational objectives, prioritising initiatives to create a higher ROI.
- Resolve escalated issues or roadblocks, including Financial and Risk issues. Establishing a framework for continuous improvement to reduce future roadblocks, and promote, and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance change readiness across L&G, collaborating with the business to ensure alignment and support for changes the workstream(s). You will need to foster a culture that embraces change and innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and adaptability.
- In line with Consumer Duty: ensure that appropriate prioritising, planning, resourcing, and contingency for customer issues are integrated into programme so they are central to delivery and aligned to Legal & General's commitment to put customers at the centre of our business and deliver good customer outcomes.
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
- You must have extensive experience delivering transformation on largescale programmes (>c.£50m portfolio) and be familiar with Technology and Finance transformation.
- We require you to have experience in steering and managing large-scale transformation initiatives, and expertise in developing and implementing strategies to enhance change readiness through an organisation.
- We need someone who has significant experience of leading or having had senior roles on a number of Finance Transformations Knowledge and experience in this space is essential to build credibility with the senior Finance community and hit the ground running.
- You'll need to be an exceptional communicator with experience of developing and executing comprehensive communication plans through transformation programmes.
- You must have the ability to develop and implement long term strategic plans and have the ability to leverage data for strategic decision making.
- Experience of managing complex projects, knowledge of customer-centric strategies and strong stakeholder management skills are a must.
- We require an innovator, and you will demonstrate your ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of change.
- As an Executive team member, you will need to have proven track record of overseeing others and developing high-performing cross functional teams.
