Description

Our client is looking for a Partnership Manager to join the business at based at Their office in Keele, Newcastle-under-Lyme

  • Responsible for the sourcing, and on boarding of suitable retail partners across the companies Footprint, adhering to company and commercial guidelines.
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of Retail Partners to drive higher sales results.
  • Accountable for driving higher product mix from partners to improve profitability
  • Preparation of reports and forecasts to present to the sales management team
  • Working with the marketing team to create campaigns, events and POS material and ensuring optimum deployment of these resources.
  • Ensure a resilient pipeline of retail partners.
  • Preparedness to coach, mentor and motivate the retail partners.
  • Committed to achieving company sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Engage with and drive connections with third party sales teams
  • Ensure that our clients Brand and Culture is enhanced with all partners

Profile

  • Demonstrable sales acumen and understanding of the sales process
  • Proven experience in delivering results in a Partnership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint) and CRM
  • Able to undertake any travel in connection with the post
  • An understanding of the telecoms and fibre broadband industry and associated supply chain (desirable)

Job Offer

  • Salary is £38,000 - £45,000
