Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll take the lead on partnership initiatives, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and deliver maximum value. Your main areas of focus will include:

  • Project Management: Lead partnership projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery On Time In Full (OTIF).
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including partners, hospitality and creative agencies, category teams, consumer experience teams, and local markets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver clear status updates, KPI tracking, and insightful presentations to measure and communicate the success of projects.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and coordinate the team's budget, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with project goals.
Your Ideal Background

To excel in this role, you'll need a combination of experience and skills that include:

  • Professional Experience:

    • Proven experience in sponsorship or partnership management.
    • Strong project management background, ideally gained in consultancy, event agencies, or social media consultancies.
    • Familiarity with digital insights and performance metrics (KPIs).

    • A positive, can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence across different levels and functions.
