Partnership Manager - Evolve Selection Ltd : Job Details

Evolve are partnering with a fast growing pharmaceutical company that specialises in GI Health. They’re seeking a Partnership Manager to join their exciting team! This role is covering the North of UK. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the access strategy with a broad range of payer customers to improve access for their portfolio of products.

Ideal Requirements for a Partnership Manager

• At least 5 years’ experience working in pharmaceutical sales and market access.
• In-depth Knowledge of NHS structures and operations, both locally and nationally.
• Must be ABPI qualified.
• It would be desirable to have experience of managing and coaching people, or considerable experience of leading without the power of direct line management authority.

Role Responsibilities for a Partnership Manager

• Act as the bridge between key account management, commercial, marketing, and medical teams by delivering powerful insights that drive business growth. Influence high-level decisions by engaging directly with the Leadership Team, bringing valuable knowledge to the table.
• Stay ahead of national and regional NHS/HSE priorities and lead the charge in developing innovative access strategies that align with these ever-evolving healthcare goals. Make a real impact by ensuring that your solutions drive meaningful outcomes across the healthcare landscape.
