As Partnerships Director, you will be the CEO of the management and consultancy product within Seahorse. Your mission will be to grow the exempt accommodation services, delivering top-tier management and consultancy to housing providers and local authorities across England.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by acquiring new partnerships in the Temporary Accommodation, Exempt Accommodation, and Shared Ownership sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with, Local Authorities, Housing Providers, and Registered Providers
• Negotiate profitable, long-term contracts while ensuring high-quality housing for vulnerable tenants
• Develop and execute strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Prepare marketing strategies, proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
