- Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 pa (OTE)
- Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Day-to-day of the role:
- Advise customers on all their parts needs face-to-face, online, and via telephone.
- Manage the order and return of parts stock with timeliness and accuracy.
- Achieve targets for customer satisfaction and sales volumes.
- Ensure workshop colleagues receive the right parts at the right time.
- Work Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis (paid at overtime rate).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Natural curiosity and inclination towards technical details.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
- A valid driver’s licence is required.
