• Location: Norwich
• Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 pa (OTE)
• Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Day-to-day of the role:

• Advise customers on all their parts needs face-to-face, online, and via telephone.
• Manage the order and return of parts stock with timeliness and accuracy.
• Achieve targets for customer satisfaction and sales volumes.
• Ensure workshop colleagues receive the right parts at the right time.
• Work Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis (paid at overtime rate).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Natural curiosity and inclination towards technical details.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
• A valid driver’s licence is required.
