Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Parts Advisor to join their close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, handling spare parts enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values teamwork at it’s core. Main Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate quotes for spare parts using the company’s bespoke system.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm part availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Process spare parts orders, including raising sales orders and generating picking and packing lists.
- Manage invoicing for completed spare part transactions.
- Coordinate with factories regarding spare part stock and orders.
- Arrange shipments and complete relevant shipping documentation (e.g., UPS manifests and consignment notes).
- Handle warranty-related tasks, including follow-ups, returns, and credit checks.
- Assist in stock management, including booking in spare parts and participating in stock takes.
- Carry out general administrative duties such as scanning and filing order documents.
- Occasionally assist with the picking and packing of spare parts when required.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or parts advisory role, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering, or automotive environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and suppliers.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.

- 8:30AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday.
