About the RoleBecome a key member of our esteemed Specialist Cars team in Cheltenham as a Parts Consultant. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented professional who is committed to delivering exceptional service in a luxury automotive environment. You will play a vital role in supporting the Parts Department, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient operation of the Parts Department, managing the collection and delivery of goods and customer vehicles.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and sales, ensuring efficient processing of goods.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support various operational tasks.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience as a Parts Consultant in the automotive sector.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A passion for the luxury automotive industry and a foundational understanding of luxury vehicle brands.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
