About the role

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Parts Supervisor to join our team at Sytner Specialist Edinburgh overseeing Graypaul Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley and Lamborghini.

As a Sytner Parts Supervisor you will lead a fantastic team and deliver an outstanding service to our clients whilst ensuring clear and efficient communication between the Parts, Service and Sales departments across the business.

Your main responsibilities will be maximising sales and profit opportunities and managing the stock profile while minimising obsolete stock. You will also have a direct working relationship with our 4 brands and be responsible for achieving their KPI's and Parts purchasing objectives. 

About you

Previous experience within the motor industry as a Parts Advisor or Supervisor is essential as well as experience of analysing and controlling KPI's to maximise sales and profitability. 

You will be highly motivated with a clear understanding of stock control, parts administration, manufacturer systems and profit margins. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential along with a good knowledge of CDK (Kerridge).

Ideally, you will have fantastic attention to detail and be committed to delivering the very best quality and standards for our clients. We are looking for a hardworking individual, who is a reliable team player with a flexible approach that is needed to work well within a busy environment.
