Behaviour Mentor - November Start in Hammersmith and FulhamLocation: Hammersmith and Fulham, LondonStart Date: November 2024Contract: Term-time only, until July 2025

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham, starting in November. You will support students with behavioural needs, providing guidance to keep them focused and offering social and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one classroom support
• Promote positive behaviour throughout the school
• Manage low-level disruptions and maintain a productive learning environment
• Help students with self-regulation and manage behaviour incidents
• Supervise the isolation room and oversee detentions

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles
• Strong communication skills and a firm but empathetic approach
• Familiarity with SIMS for logging student progress is beneficial

Position Details:

• Hours: 8:15 am - 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday
• Pay: £95-£105 per day, depending on experience
