Position: Pastoral Officer (Alternative Provision) Location: Chesterfield, UK Salary: £90 - £110 per day We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Officer to work in an Alternative Provision (AP) setting in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pastoral support to students, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring the well-being of all learners. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students in managing their behaviour and emotions Developing strong relationships with students and staff Implementing pastoral initiatives to enhance student well-being Collaborating with teachers and senior leadership to create a positive learning environment

Requirements:
