Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership in pupil welfare, behaviour, and attendance.- Support and implement whole-school behaviour strategies.- Mentor and guide students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.- Foster positive home-school links to support families and students.

Ideal Candidate:- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or working with young people.- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.- A proactive, creative approach to improving student welfare.
