Payroll Administrator - Portfolio Payroll : Job Details

Responsible for managing and operating the payroll system with the greatest level of accuracy and efficiency. This is a role that deals with confidential material daily.

• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
• Answering staff questions about salary, deductions, attendance, time records, as well as pension and AVC queries
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
• New entrant and leaver procedures to be completed to meet payroll deadlines
• Produce weekly reports to agreed deadlines
