Payroll Administrator - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Bennett and Game has the pleasure of working with a top 100 Accountancy Practice located in Ellesmere Port, who are now seeking a Payroll Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The firm are offering a competitive starting salary along with an excellent benefits scheme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a growing, forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll for a portfolio of OMB clients dealing with client queries and ensuring timely RTI of the payroll processing.

• Handling a portfolio of clients your main responsibilities will be:
• Preparing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a diverse set of clients whilst also taking on pension auto enrolment responsibilities
• Reviewing the payrolls before issuing to clients
• Offering advice to clients over varying queries
• Liaising with managers and other departments to provide the best service for the client
• Developing new and maintaining other client relationships

• Experience on Sage payroll would be advantageous
• Experience within a similar role is essential
• Both Accountancy practice and commercial candidates are encouraged to apply
• A team player who can also work autonomously

• Salary dependent on experience, with the typical industry range for this position being £25- £32K
