Payroll Administrator About the Job Title: Payroll AdministratorLocation: Oxford Street, LondonJob Type: FTC - 6-12 monthsRate: £30,000 JGA are partnered with a global retail company that are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team.This is a hybrid based role. You will be required to travel to the office based in Oxford Street 3 days per week, 2 days per week from home. Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Head Office payroll approx. 800 monthly enmployees.
- Handling all aspects of new starter and leaver processes.
- Calculating and recording statutory payments such as SAP, SSP, and SMP.
- Processing HMRC forms, including P45s and P60s.
- Staying current with payroll legislation and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting the administration of auto-enrolment pension schemes.
- Addressing client queries and escalating unresolved issues as needed.
Skills Required:
- Experience using SAP Payroll is essential.
- 2 years SAP payroll experience.
- Proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Available to start Early Jan.
