Your new roleHays is working with a well-known organisation in South Bristol who are looking for a temporary payroll administrator for approximately 2 months. Pay for the role is dependent on level of experience. The organisation can offer hybrid working, 1-2 days from home. The main duties of the role include:

  • Processing payroll in a timely manner - weekly, 2 weekly and monthly
  • Create and maintain employee payroll records by gathering and inputting data
  • Calculate wages and deductions based on employees attendance, identifying discrepancies
  • Reconcile payroll reports
  • Answer any pay queries from employees

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience processing payroll
  • Experience multitasking in a role at a fast pace
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of customer service
