Payroll Administrator08:00 – 17:30 (hours can vary with a rota system)Loughton, EssexWe are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our team in our Day Webster offices in Loughton. We are a Medical Healthcare Recruitment company and we process payroll for healthcare workers daily. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, a quick learner and have a good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Customer Service experience is a must and experience in Payroll Admin is preferable.The job role consists of the following:
  • Processing paper/electronic timesheets
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Dealing with email queries
  • Working to time deadlines
Requirements:
  • Experience within Payroll Administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
