Payroll Administrator - Reed : Job Details

• Location: Colchester, Essex
• Salary: Up to £33,000 Per Annum  (Pro Rata)
• Job Type: Part-Time, Fixed Term Contract
• Hours: 15-22.5 hours per week

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes and effective management of our HR systems. Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and process the monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
• Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, including statutory returns and pension contributions.
• Provide support and guidance to staff on payroll and system-related queries.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new HR systems and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll administration and systems management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices.
• Proficiency in HR and payroll software.
