Description
- Working closely with the payroll function
- Manipulating payroll data within Excel
- Manual calculations of payroll data relating to holiday pay, SSP and more
- Reviewing annual holiday year for all employees
Profile
A successful Payroll Analyst should have:
- A strong background within MS Excel, payroll data manipulation (essential)
- A high level of proficiency in multiple payroll platforms (highly desirable)
- Awareness of payroll procedures and process
- Team orientated and able to collaborate with numerous stakeholders within Payroll, Finance and HR.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Able to commute to Reading - public transport and free parking
Job Offer
Payroll Analyst
- Salary (Dependent on experience and Interview Performance) - Ranging from £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Fixed Term Contract - 14 months minimum (Until December 2025)
- 37.5 hours per week (core hours are 10am - 4pm)
- Hybrid working - Typically 2 days per week in the office maximum (during pay week, occasionally this increases)
