Job Description :

As the Payroll Analyst, you will join the team on a minimum term until December 2025, working through payroll data - streamlining, average assessments, compliance auditing, identifying bottlenecks and more!

Description

  • Working closely with the payroll function
  • Manipulating payroll data within Excel
  • Manual calculations of payroll data relating to holiday pay, SSP and more
  • Reviewing annual holiday year for all employees

Profile

A successful Payroll Analyst should have:

  • A strong background within MS Excel, payroll data manipulation (essential)
  • A high level of proficiency in multiple payroll platforms (highly desirable)
  • Awareness of payroll procedures and process
  • Team orientated and able to collaborate with numerous stakeholders within Payroll, Finance and HR.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Able to commute to Reading - public transport and free parking

Job Offer

Payroll Analyst

  • Salary (Dependent on experience and Interview Performance) - Ranging from £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • Fixed Term Contract - 14 months minimum (Until December 2025)
  • 37.5 hours per week (core hours are 10am - 4pm)
  • Hybrid working - Typically 2 days per week in the office maximum (during pay week, occasionally this increases)
  • Easy access via public transport - Reading based (Free parking on site also!)

  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday

Salary : 35000 - 40000
