About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join AerFin’s People Team in a newly created role in a growing business. You will work closely with our Global Payroll Provider to deliver the accurate and timely processing of 7 payrolls across Europe and APAC (including administration of our benefit plans) for our 230 people.
As the Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will play an important role in managing payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance, and improving systems and processes to improve efficiency. You’ll also be the main point of contact for employees, providing clear information about their pay and benefits. With a solid background in payroll, benefits, regulations, and HRIS systems, you will gather and verify payment data, maintain payroll records, and work with HRIS (HiBob) and payroll systems (ADP) to streamline operations. This role requires attention to detail, especially with data and reporting, and a proactive approach to making sure payroll and benefits run smoothly during and after the transformation process.
Once the transformation is complete, this role will offer plenty of opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll be empowered to broaden your expertise and contribute to forward-thinking initiatives that shape the future of payroll and benefits within AerFin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is approachable, proactive, and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a self-starter and have strong attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.
