Job Description :
The Company:Nigel Wright are delighted to recruiting a Payroll Assistant for our client in Cramlington.  This role has a hybrid offering of 3 days office / 2 days home.The Role:
  • Collate and process timesheets for the various sites, which includes shift/grade payments and pay increases.
  • Processing employee share purchases and share awards through payroll.
  • Working with HR to process starters, leavers, changes and regular reporting.
  • Reconciling monthly payrolls to raise employer taxes liability payments
  • Set up new starters & holidays
  • Supporting HR with annual pay review and annual bonus calculations
  • Responsible for resolving employee and external payroll queries 
The Person:
  • Essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate they have experience in payroll.
  • Good system skills, ideally knowledge of payroll systems
  • happy with a hybrid offering of 3 days office / 2 days home per week

Salary : 25000 - 27000
