Description
The Payroll Assistant will:
- Process monthly payroll efficiently and accurately across the organisation for 1000 UK employees
- Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of wages, benefits and deductions
- Administer payroll benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant policies
- Handle and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries from employees
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to internal processes, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance at all stages
- Perform reconciliation of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare reports on payroll information as required
Profile
The Payroll Assistant will be/have;
- End to end Payroll experience
- Knowledge of Payroll systems, software's and procedures
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate availability
