Payroll Controller

Greenford, Middlesex

£47,500 + Pension

If you are an experienced Payroll Controller with strong people management skills then this role will be an excellent career move for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Leading and managing all aspects of the payroll function ensuring compliance with legislation

- Supervising payroll team and ensuring the accurate completion of all payroll tasks

- Monitoring the accurate and timely production of weekly and monthly staff payments

- Co - ordinating and delegating accurate payroll preparation, processing and distribution

- Processing new starters and leavers on the system and maintaining employee records

- Reconciling payroll at month end and preparing HMRC returns and payments
