- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700

The role - Payroll Manager :
- Responsible for processing Weekly and Monthly payroll for up to 1500 members of staff
- Ensure that all HMRC submissions are made, payroll reconciliations carried out and all legislative timescales are adhered to
- Manage 1 staff member in the payroll department
- Deal with payroll queries from employees from the group
- Calculate deductions and apply attachment of earnings where instructed be regulatory bodies
- Ensure accurate calculation of overtime and employee hours / timesheets
What our client is looking for in a Payroll Manager :
- Experience as a payroll manager for a larger organisation - ESSENTIAL
- Evidence of conducting weekly and monthly payroll as part of current role - ESSENTIAL
- People Management experience - ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of Crown and People XD software - DESIREABLE
- Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills
