Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee multiple internationally spread Payrolls based in Newport.

The Payroll Manager is a technical specialists role.

• Payroll Processing Leadership: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of multiple outsourced monthly payrolls across the EMEA region.
• Validation & Compliance: Lead on ensuring payroll calculations comply with local tax, social security, and employment regulations by validating and approving data with precision.
• Analytical Reviews: Conduct detailed analysis and comparisons of payroll data against prior periods to enable swift and informed approval of monthly payrolls.
• Regulatory Partnership: Collaborate with third-party providers to stay updated on and comply with local regulations surrounding payroll, taxes, and national insurance.
• Process Improvement: Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for payroll process optimisation, implementing best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Reporting: Generate monthly payroll reports for finance teams and provide ad-hoc summaries as required.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

On offer a salary of from £75,000 to £90,000 plus generous package. Hybrid working.
