We are seeking a detailed-oriented, proactive Payroll Manager to join our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations and ensuring compliance with regulations in our business services sector.

Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll operations.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Resolve employee complaints regarding payroll issues.
- Prepare reports for senior management, finance department, and auditors.
- Stay informed about payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for payroll department.
- Ensure weekly timesheets are inputted accurately and obtained on time.
- Produce and upload BACS file for payment.
- Generate weekly invoices
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Sage50 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
- Superior numerical and analytical skills.
