Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a business in Leeds who are recruiting an interim Payroll Officer. This role will be circa 12 months for a part-time position with hybrid working, offering a great benefits package.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Input: Keep payroll info accurate.
- Payroll Processing: Run Sage payroll, handle adjustments (e.g., vouchers, new starters, leavers).
- Pensions: Manage auto-enrolment and contributions, upload reports, and contact providers.
- Updates: Update payroll spreadsheets monthly.
- Records: Keep payroll info organized.
- Queries: Answer payroll questions.
- Filing: File and archive payroll documents
You will need to demonstrate:
- Experience within a similar/related role
- Sage Payroll experience
- Good working knowledge of RTI, autoenrollment and pensions
- IT and analytical skills
