- Support the Head of Payroll and Pensions.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage efficient pensions administration.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop the payroll system.
- Process payments and update records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Handle payroll queries and support staff.
- Assist with audits and implement changes.
- Provide information on pensions issues.
- Maintain payroll and pensions records.
Requirements:
- Experience in a payroll department with 500+ employees.
- Knowledge of SSP, SMP, Tax Credits, PAYE, and pensions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with computerised payroll systems.
