An innovative and forward-thinking company which has seen continuous growth over the past number of years.Your new roleAs Payroll Specialist, you will work within a team ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory regulations. You will have an understanding of UK payroll legislation, attention to detail and the ability to handle complex payroll scenarios. You will play a key role in maintaining payroll accuracy and providing exceptional service to employees. Your responsibilities will include:
What you'll need to succeedMinimum of 2 years payroll experienceYou will be extremely comfortable with technology, utilising payroll systems to process and report on payroll. Sage payroll experience would be preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to communicate complex information in a straightforward and understandable way.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data and expertise to logically and creatively assist stakeholders with their queries and business challenges.Excellent time management skills with the ability to organise, prioritise and execute on multiple tasks, taking accountability for delivering on promises.Experience dealing with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, working together to ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing.Experience working in a dynamic environment where you have been comfortable with change.
