Day-to-day of the role:

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide detailed explanations to employees and management.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and reports for audit purposes and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll processing with overall business operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest regulations and changes in payroll laws to ensure compliance across all entities.
  • Use payroll software efficiently to manage data and generate reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Officer.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good understanding of multi-entity payroll processes and legal compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
