Day-to-day of the role:
- Process payroll for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Handle payroll calculations, deductions, bonuses, and benefits with precision.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide detailed explanations to employees and management.
- Maintain and update payroll records and reports for audit purposes and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll processing with overall business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations and changes in payroll laws to ensure compliance across all entities.
- Use payroll software efficiently to manage data and generate reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Officer.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Good understanding of multi-entity payroll processes and legal compliance.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
