• Delegate tasks effectively, conduct one-to-one meetings, and support team development.
• Manage complex payroll queries and ensure compliance with payroll legislation.
• Play a key role in planning and executing payroll transitions and process improvements.
• Contribute to a group-wide payroll implementation project, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
