Payroll Team Leader - Southampton - Up to £27ph - SRM RECRUITMENT LIMITED : Job Details

A leading transportation company are looking to hire a payroll team leader for an 8 month period initially to cover the permanent members of staff who is moving over to work on a HR/payroll systems project.

Payroll team leader - Working with a team of four, you will oversee the company's payroll team dealing with a payroll of around 5000 employees. You will be covering for the permanent payroll team leader who will be moving over to work on a HR/payroll systems project. Previous payroll and people management experience is essential as well as the ability to investigate queries and problems.

Pay rate - £23 to £27 per hour PAYE

The role is based very close to Southampton station so would suit commuters as well as candidates who live in the area.

The role will last for an initial 8 months but there is a good possibility of the project continuing on for longer than this.
