A positive attitude and a passion for helping children learn are a must! We are seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated English teacher ready to be part of an energetic team who are eager to embrace new ideas. This role is offering full time hours on a temporary basis.

The role will commence in January and be on going on a permanent basis for the right person.

Your role will include:

• Planning and teaching
• Assessing following the school marking policy
• Promoting good progress and outcomes
• Adapting teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils
• Managing behaviour effectively
• Demonstrating good curriculum knowledge
• Liaising with parents

Requirements for the role include being a committed and talented teacher who is able to promote the schools ethos and values. The school is looking for someone who is a caring and nurturing person, adaptable and flexible with your methods as well as resilient and patient with challenging behaviors.
