My client is leading the way in their industry, and they are looking for a Client Services Specialist (Pensions) to join the team in Bristol (Hybrid). About thew role: As the Client Services Specialist you will specifically focuses on delivering exceptional client service within the Group Pensions team. Role Responsibilities:
- Complete work for scheme renewals or market reviews in line with clients’ requirements, collation, and analysis of results in appropriate format and support the Consultancy Team with report production
- Monitor insurers’ performance on behalf of clients and challenge insurer at higher level to resolve any issues
- Deal with client queries (verbal and written) in line with service level agreements and liaise with insurers where necessary to deliver on this
- Update all internal systems as per process ensuring we remain compliant
- Ownership of delivery of tasks and proactively manage your workload
- Manage client relationships in conjunction with the Consultancy team to support retention & growth opportunities.
- Provide peer review support as necessary.
Role Requirements:
- Experience of working in Pensions, Employee Benefits Consultancy, or with an Insurance Provider
- RO1 & RO4 is preferred but not essential. The business will support you in working towards this
- Ideally a understanding of all Group Pension providers in the current market
- Good understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements and technical specifications
- Motivated with a strong desire to learn about the Employee Benefits industry and specifically the Group pension sector
This is a full-time hybrid role offering a salary circa £30,000- £35,000 DOE plus an amazing benefits package.
