Job Description :

Are you passionate about driving organisational change and supporting business improvement? Our public sector client is looking for a dynamic and experienced People Change Business Partner to join their team. As a People Change Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in leading, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of people change workstreams of various projects, programmes, and change initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Taking end-to-end responsibility for defining and delivering the people elements of assigned change programmes and projects
  • Leading people workstreams, ensuring successful delivery of formal people change processes and related activities
  • Developing and implementing people delivery plans using change and project management methodologies
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on people change, organisational design, and legislative compliance
  • Facilitating workshops and forums for change readiness and stakeholder engagement
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all matters related to assigned projects, ensuring effective cross-team collaboration
  • Developing and implementing engagement plans for impacted staff, ensuring the successful transition of change initiatives to business as usual

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in People Change or Generalist HR, including leading people change initiatives
  • CIPD qualified or willing to work towards CIPD qualification
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to apply employment law and HR models to change processes
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills in a complex organisational context
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • High level of autonomy, resilience, and ability to meet deadlines
