Are you all about the detail? Are you passionate about all things people? - The People Coordinator is the glue that holds our People team together.

This role is vital in keeping the People Team functioning at its best! This role is permanent and based in our support office in Kensington, with occasional travel to restaurants from time to time and of course, hybrid working is a standard practice at Côte.

What you’ll do in a snapshot...

• Coordinate all things people-related, supporting Talent Attraction, Learning & Development and People Operations teams.
• You’ll manage the People inbox, you’ll own it, and ensure queries are dealt with quickly & efficiently
• Provide general administrative support, creating ad hoc and regular reports.
• You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining all employee records on Fourth (our HR database), as well as managing the templates for written confirmation of any changes to employee terms & conditions
• You’ll coordinate projects and support the team with our values & behaviours – In it together.
