This newly created role reporting into the Head of People Operations will oversee the HR Operations function and delivery of HR life-cycle processes. You'll collaborate with business leaders to optimise and streamline people processes and work on exciting strategic projects related to the employment lifecycle.

You'll be expected to implement new processes and improve existing ones. The right person will thrive in an ambiguous, fast moving creative environment, be an amazing problem solver, and a HRIS, systems, and data guru!
