They are looking for a Personal Assistant on a 12 Month FTC Maternity Cover, looking after the COO and other members of the SLT.
Description
- Diary Management for the COO and other members of the SLT
- Arranging travel for members of the SLT
- Acting as Personal Assistant to members of the SLT
- Handling tasks such as photocopying, presentations, answering phone calls, typing and finalizing documents, and managing expenses
- Covering other support team roles when required, such as reception duties
- Organise team communications
- Liaising with external stakeholders and clients
Profile
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work towards deadlines
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic
- Advanced proficiency in MS Suite and strong PA experience
