Description
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organise travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
- Act as a liaison between management and other departments.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Experience in the Not for Profit / Charity sector
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Immediately available to start.
