HRGO Recruitment are seeking a professional and experienced Personal Assistant to join our client's prestigious education facility based in Hailsham. The successful candidate will be invited to join the bursary and HR Department as PA to both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer.

The responsibilities include, providing confidential and high-level administrative support to both, ensuring efficient operation of their offices and acting as first point of contact on their behalf. This opportunity would suit someone who has exceptional organisation, the ability to work under deadlines and manage a busy workload.

General Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate the COO and CPO calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Conduct research and compile data as requested by the COO and CFO
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office
  • Act as a first point of contact for both the COO and CPO, handling queries professionally and directing them as necessary.
  • Prepare confidential documents, reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Coordinate regular and ad-hoc meetings for leadership teams, ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed of all arrangements.
  • Administration of bursary and scholarship applications
  • Attend and minute meetings as required, ensuring all actions are accurately captured and followed up

Requirements:

  • Previous personal assistant experience
  • Previous experience working in a school/educational facility (preferred not required)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Confident to handle confidential and sensitive information
