Join Us as a Personal Assistant!

Are you an organised, proactive professional who enjoys a dynamic work environment? We’re seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to support our team on a 5-month sabbatical cover with an immediate start. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with three Directors, providing high-level administrative support, and playing a vital role in helping our team stay focused, agile, and effective.

About the Role:

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage daily diaries, coordinate travel, accommodation, and expenses, and adapt to changes swiftly when plans shift—sometimes on short notice. You’ll also assist with essential administrative functions, including compiling reports, attending and taking minutes in meetings, creating impactful presentations, and handling correspondence.

Based in our Bangor office, you’ll have opportunities to travel to our Chester office, with eligible travel expenses, and can benefit from flexible, work-from-home options (with line management agreement). Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license are essential for this role.

About You:

In this role, you'll be the organisational backbone of a highly active team. You’re an exceptional communicator, an adaptive team player, and a quick thinker with excellent MS Office skills. You’re comfortable with in-house systems and eager to share insights and best practices to support continuous improvement across the business.
