Are you a highly experienced PA/Administrator seeking a pivotal role within an office environment? Our client, specialising in high-end properties, is looking for an Office Administrator / PA to enhance their team. This role is crucial in upholding high standards of efficiency and effectiveness in office operations.
Role Overview:As the Office Administrator / PA, you will be the linchpin in our client’s office, managing daily operations and providing direct support to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including the scheduling of appointments and coordination of meetings.
- Act as a Personal Assistant to the Director, managing a diverse array of administrative duties.
- Conduct precise data entry to keep records current.
- Professionally manage incoming calls and correspondence.
- Aid in the creation of reports, letters, and presentations.
- Uphold an orderly filing system for both digital and physical documents.
- Facilitate financial operations, such as invoice management and creation.
- Offer thorough administrative support to all team members.
- Maintain office efficiency, managing general tasks like stationery procurement.
Qualifications:
- Advanced computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise tasks.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Skilled in letter writing with the ability to produce reports swiftly.
- Experience in PA/Administrative roles is preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software is beneficial.
- Superior typing skills and meticulousness for precise data entry.
- Strong communication abilities and phone etiquette.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Driving licence is preferred
