Personal AssistantLocation: UK, LondonLength: 2 monthsRate: £15 - £22 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 9am – 6pm (2-3 days in the office)Role BriefIn this role, you will be supporting 3 commissioning editors in the entertainment team. This means that you must have experience providing support at this level in either senior PA or EA roles before. With an extensive amount of experience in a PA/EA role supporting multiple people. It will be a fast-paced environment and they will need to be able to pick up things quickly and be able to deal with a heavy workload.Essential Experience:
- Experience in providing designated assistance at the managerial level in a range of organizations
- Proven experience of the organization, diary management, and planning skills
- Organised with the ability to prioritize own workload effectively, to coordinate activities and conflicting demands to ensure that tight deadlines are met
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well with a range of people at all levels
- Good ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and externally
- Strong computer skills with extensive demonstrable experience with office software packages (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to use own initiative, be proactive, and deal with specific queries as they arise
- Attention to detail and practical experience in gathering, analysing and collating complex and confidential information
