Are you an organised and proactive individual with a knack for diary management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a dynamic car showroom in Leicester on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate diaries, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled effectively.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in organising events and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain and update records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in diary management and administrative support.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
