I'm thrilled to be working with a fantastic Gloucestershire client on their search for a PA/Office Manager. This is a brand-new role due to growth, making it an incredibly exciting time to join their business!

If you're an enthusiastic Office Manager or PA who loves being at the heart of a business, making things happen, this is the role for you

Your Role:

As a PA/Office Manager, you'll be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's offices across Gloucestershire. You'll need to be a driver with your own vehicle to travel between sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Assist management with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Office Support: Handle day-to-day office tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Contract Negotiation: Confidently negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Utility Management: Oversee and manage utilities.
  • Meeting & Travel Coordination: Organise company meetings, board meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate exciting company events.
  • Vehicle Management: Organise company vehicles.
  • HR Support: Assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding processes, and payroll data gathering.

What We're Looking For:

  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and task management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation: Confidence to negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Driving License: Full UK Driving License.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
