Your duties as Personal Assistant include;
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative guidance to the team.
- Manage diaries, organize meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Coordinate office procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and the coordination of projects.
Profile
As a successful Personal Assistant, you should have:
